Due to the personalised nature of registration numbers:

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.  Number plates are a bespoke product, custom-made to your specific registration.  As such, they are exempt from cancellation rights under UK consumer law, which applies to personalized or made-to-order items.  The will only accept a return that is deemed defective or damaged in transit.

It is the responsibility of the customer to:

• Ensure the registration number is correctly typed in the registration box provided before confirming the order.
• Comply with DVLA regulations and any legal requirements related to the registration number’s use.

In the unlikely event that the registration number plate received is not as described or an error occurs on our part, we will work with you to rectify the issue.  This may include a correction or replacement where applicable.  This does not apply to customer errors or change of mind.

By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
