No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the personalised nature of registration numbers:

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.  Number plates are a bespoke product, custom-made to your specific registration.  As such, they are exempt from cancellation rights under UK consumer law, which applies to personalized or made-to-order items. The will only accept a return that is deemed defective or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Perishable goods
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards

Refund Process

If your item is deemed at fault by us due to an error, Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was defective or we made an error.
